By ordering car care product(s) from TheCarCareSite.com you are entering into a contract. Please read these terms and conditions which refer to the use of this website. By making a purchase you are agreeing with the terms of sale as set out below.

Product stock levels are monitored across all categories so items offered for sale are Goods available to buy. If a product should be out of stock or unavailable for any reason, we are not liable for any inconvenience caused. In this unlikely event you will be notified of such unavailability within 24 hours of placing your Order.
Office working hours are between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours you can contact support@thecarcaresite.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours although this may be longer at weekends and national holidays. You may also call us if you wish on 0800 772 0328.
If for any reason you want to return Goods to us please email us in the first instance using support@thecarcaresite.com with “Returns” in the subject line and request a returns number. Please also see conditions relating to the return of Goods below.

1. DEFINITIONS
a) ‘’us’, ‘we’ refers to Coyson Marlin Limited, Company Number 08222580, registered in England.
b) ‘you’, ‘your’, ‘buyer’, refers to any person browsing or purchasing from our website.
c) ‘Website’, ‘this site’, refers to TheCarCareSite.com
d) ‘Goods’ refers to any of the items offered for sale on this website
e) ‘Conditions’ refers to this set of terms and conditions.
f) ‘Order’ refers to Goods you commit to buy after going through the online checkout process.

2. FORMATION OF CONTRACT

a) By Ordering from us you are deemed as entering into a contract with us. As part of this process you will be given the opportunity to check the contents of your Order and correct any errors. Errors cannot be rectified after despatch. When you have completed the online checkout process you will see the content of your Order and Order number. We advise that you keep this number safe and use it when corresponding with us.
b) All Goods are subject to availability.
c) We can refuse your Order if:

I. Payment is not authorised.
II. Goods become unavailable.
III. you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Conditions.
IV. We believe there are reasonable grounds for refusing your Order.

3. PRICE & DELIVERY

a) Prices advertised are in Pounds Sterling and inclusive of all UK taxes and VAT (where applicable). You are responsible for ensuring that all credit and debit card details are correct and that you are legally entitled to be using the card.
b) You will be notified when your Order has been despatched. We aim to despatch Goods on the next working day from receiving your Order.
c) At checkout, the site will default to the cheapest shipping option for you, you can use the drop down menu to select other available shipping options
d) Delivery times are issued as a guide and are not legally binding. We will not be responsible for any inconvenience arising through delay or loss caused by delivery.
e) Should you need Goods for a specific date please contact us to arrange this or use the next business day delivery option where available. Next business day delivery services refers to the delivery time only and applies from the time when Goods are despatched from us.
f) Delivery charges are set out in the Delivery Services section of this site. Charges are based on the Goods supplied and on the address that you provide. Once an Order has been despatched we cannot change destination addresses.
g) A signature may be required as proof of delivery. Once Goods are delivered to you, they become your property and responsibility. On receipt of your Order you must check that it is complete and must inform us of any missing items within 24 hours. After this time we will assume the Order is complete.
h) If after 7 days of confirmation of your Order you have not received your Order, you must notify us immediately.
i) Goods must be used for the purpose for which they are intended. We will not be responsible for any injury or damage caused by the misuse of Goods.
j) If Goods are damaged or faulty you must inform us within 24 hours. Damage or faults after this time will be deemed as your responsibility. Any electrical items will be guaranteed under the manufacturers’ warranty and manufacturers’ terms of sale apply.
k) We reserve the right to amend prices and change product at any time. You will pay the amount specified at the time of the checkout process.
l) Prices exclude delivery charges.
m) If you have selected the Standard Delivery option the weight of the Order will dictate the delivery option that we choose.
n) Orders may be sent using a courier. We are not liable for any delays incurred by a courier. Some post codes incur a further delivery day due to their distance from the nearest distribution point.
o) Next Business Day delivery is available on Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday and to selected post codes.
p) Next Business Day Delivery applies to delivery on working days and does not include weekends and bank holidays.
q) Where available Saturday Delivery is available on Orders placed before the proceeding Friday at 12pm and to selected postcodes.
r) Saturday Delivery Orders will be sent using a dedicated Saturday delivery service.
s) Pads used with electrical polishing machines must be used strictly as per the manufacturers guidelines. Pads must always be in contact with the paints surface whilst the machine is turned on and pads must be cleaned gently. Machine washing the pads or the use of spurs is not recommended by us and is not covered under warranty.

4 CANCELLATION & RETURNS

If You wish to cancel Your Order:
a) Before despatch you must notify us as soon as possible by emailing support@thecarcaresite.com or by phoning 0800 772 0328. Please quote your Order number in all correspondence. If Goods have already been despatched: You must immediately email support@thecarcaresite.com with the word “Returns” in the subject line or phone 0800 722 0328 and obtain a returns number to return them within 7 working days.

b) If you wish to return Goods for any reason you must notify us by the methods in condition 4a) stating the reason within 7 days from the date of the Order.

c) You are free to return Goods for a refund or exchange if they are unused and in their sealed state and are suitable for re-sale and within 7 days of receipt. You will be refunded for the price of the Goods only and any Car Care Credit Earned by those Goods will be deducted from you account. Return postage costs will be met by you. Refunds and exchanges will only be authorised once these conditions have been met and we have received the Goods. You are advised to obtain proof of posting and insurance when returning Goods as they will be your responsibility until they are received by us.
d) Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
e) Items that are faulty please see section 11

5 WEBSITE AND COPYRIGHT

a) All images, content, text and any aspect that forms part or a whole of this website is under copyright. Copying, reproduction and defamation of the site is strictly prohibited.
b) The site is available to be downloaded for your personal use only. Any wish to use part or a whole of this site must be only with permission granted by us.
c) We aim for this website to be available for 24 hours a day. However, if for any reason out of our control the website is unavailable (maintenance and third party hosting), we will not be liable for such unavailability.
d) For any time that the website will be suspended by us, notice will be given in the Information section of this site. This will include relevant dates and Order cut off periods.
e) We reserve the right to exclude persons who deform or mistreat this website including any of the contents, imagery including logo and text, or who post or transmit offensive material and/or imagery via this website.
f) All rights are reserved.

6 FORCE MAJEURE

We will not be responsible for:
a) Any failure to deliver Goods, or
b) Any delay in delivering Goods to you,
the cause of which is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7 GOVERNING LAW

This agreement will be governed and construed in accordance with English Law.

8 MISCELLANEOUS

a) We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by using or downloading this site.
b) We will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage caused by visiting third party sites that may be linked to this site, nor are we liable or responsible for the content of third party sites or for the quality or reliability of any goods or services offered thereon.

d) Information that you post or transmit to or via this website is treated as non-confidential unless otherwise stated by you. As such we may post and/or advertise any such material.
e) If you would like to link to this website you must seek approval as further conditions apply.
f) Images and content are for illustrative purposes only and are subject to change without notice.
g) Information on this site is added in good faith. We will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage caused by this information.

9 SPECIAL DEALS

a) Special deals refers to any and all promotional offers on TheCarCareSite.com .
b) All Special Deals are subject to change and availability. Special deals can be revoked, amended and stopped at our discretion without notice and without compensation.
c) No cash alternative will be give for free items.
d) Free items will be awarded to Orders that meet the qualifying minimum spend following any applied discounts (including credit) and excluding postage and packaging charges.
e) Free items will be awarded as one per Order and one per customer unless stated otherwise.
f) Special Deals may be for a limited period and have beginning and end dates and times, these will be notified with the Special Deal.

10 CAR CARE CREDIT

a) Car Care Credit is awarded on Order value at thecarcaresite.com excluding any credit used and shipping charges.
b) Car Care Credit is automatically accrued by a registered user.
c) Car Care Credit has no cash value and is only redeemable against Goods at thecarcaresite.com
d) We reserve the right to cancel and/or amend the Car Care Credit scheme at any time and without notice and/or compensation.
e) Car Care Credit is only awarded to online sales and will not be awarded to telephone and off-line sales.
f) Car Care Credit is only available for registered customers of thecarcaresite.com.
g) When redeeming Car Care Credit, customers must be logged in, the Car Care Credit balance will be available to view at checkout and updated in the account information once the transaction has been completed.

11 FAULTY ITEMS

Electrical Items
a) For electrical items that develop faults within 30 days of purchase, contact us via support@thecarcaresite.com or by telephone on 0800 772 0328. The manufacturers’ details of sale apply (available through their site).
b) For faults that develop between 31 days and 12 months from the date of purchase, items must be returned to TheCarCareSite.com. The manufacturers’ details of sale apply (available through their site). The item will be repaired, or if that is not possible, replaced. The cost of returning items will be met by the sender. If the fault is through misuse this warranty does not apply.
